It's awfully hard to change the state itself. I'd just move if I was you. ☺

You pack your bags firstly. Then jump into the car, or board a bus, plane or train. If necessary you stand on the side of the rode and put out your son. You then travel outside of the state you now live. A good idea would be then to try and find new accommodations and a job. After that inform your friends and family and the post office of your new address and just like that you've moved out of state.

Unlike some early 80 communist countries ... you don't need special papers in order to move from one state to another ... just jump in you ride and move on up!
