I never thought of love as being necessarily fair.
what about, if you spend all your time loving someone, you have no time left to judge them fairly :) Sort of goes with the old saying "love is blind"

Loving someone means accepting them for who they are. You don't have to like what they do or agree with them all the time, but you still love them. When you judge them YOU are deciding whether they are right or wrong in what they do and say. So, I think it means if you're judging them, then you aren't really loving them unconditionally, which is true love. Does this make sense?
