There is presently a bill, that was knocked down by the Senate, and is in the House right now to stop the freedom of speech of Americans regarding lobbying for churches and christianity on the steps of the Capitol Hill. Our founding fathers were very religious people and came here to build a new country where they could speak clearly at any time, worship when they want, and follow the Rights we are SUPPOSED to have today. What is wrong with this country when we cant speak our rights, take Under God out of the Pledge of Allegiance, and not allow public display of the Ten Commmandments. Sounds to me like the rapture is going to be here shortly, or Ms. Pelosi is a Communist, moving in for the overtaking of this country. This whole situation has me totally baffled and confused.
Then we wonder why we are sitting ducks to the terrorists. Our situation looks mighty bleak, and its about time we have someone who is not a liar, stealer, but an honest to goodness American to lead us on...

The founding fathers also set this country up for NON RELIGIOUS persecution! In so doing, they set up the rule of "SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE"

What this means is that the rules and laws of our country should be set up to rule the people REGARDLESS of their religions. You therefore CANNOT have a law which is based on or lobbied by a CHURCH or RELIGIOUS group. We DO have such laws, but by definition, they should be rescinded.

Just because someone tries to clearly define this separation of church and state doesn't make them a communist. It doesn't make them a NON RELIGIOUS person either. Stop to think on this and you'll see that these are religious people who are trying to work within a system which, by definition, is (or should be) NON-RELIGIOUS. It's not easy.

By removing the efforts of ReligiousLobbyists and by removing such things as "Under God" from the pledge, the government is not saying you CANNOT believe something or that you CANNOT have a religion. What they are saying is that they cannot and SHOULD not REQUIRE Anyone to follow the teachings of one religion over another.

How would you feel if the law mandated that all women wear burkas? Or that men should all wear a Yarmulke in a building? And this would be BY LAW! No, the laws should not be based on any religious belief that has no bearing on the way ALL PEOPLE should be ruled. To do anything more you may as well hand out membership cards to the US TALIBAN.

You are absolutely incorrect.

One of the most common statements from the "Religious Right" is that they want this country to "return to the Christian principles on which it was founded". However, a little research into American history will show that this statement is a lie.

The men responsible for building the foundation of the United States had little use for Christianity, and many were strongly opposed to it. They were men of The Enlightenment, not men of Christianity. They were Deists who did not believe the bible was true.

When the Founders wrote the nation's Constitution, they specified that *"no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States." *(Article 6, section 3) This provision was radical in its day-- giving equal citizenship to believers and non-believers alike.

They wanted to ensure that *** no single religion *** could make the claim of being the official, national religion, such as England had. Nowhere in the Constitution does it mention religion, except in exclusionary terms.

*** The words "Jesus Christ, Christianity, Bible, and God" are never mentioned in the Constitution-- not once. ***

The Declaration of Independence gives us important insight into the opinions of the Founding Fathers. Thomas Jefferson wrote that the power of the government is derived from the governed. Up until that time, it was claimed that kings ruled nations by the authority of God.

The Declaration was a radical departure from the idea of divine authority.

The 1796 treaty with Tripoli states that the United States was "in no sense founded on the Christian religion" This was not an idle statement, meant to satisfy muslims-- they believed it and meant it. This treaty was written under the presidency of George Washington and signed under the presidency of John Adams.

In James 3:11 James asks “Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?” (KJV). Every corporation must conduct themselves in such a manner as to advance the interests of the State. A 501(c)(3) “organization” cannot:
A.attempt to influence legislation either directly or indirectly.
B.talk to legislators about legislation
C.engage in activities related to non legislative decisions, such as opposing or supporting the issuance of regulations
D.make available the results of nonpartisan studies
E.respond to requests to testify before legislative committees
F.support or oppose political candidates
G.engage in partisan political campaign activities
H.distribute partisan "voter education" information
I.attempt to persuade the public one way or the other on candidates or issues
J.allow groups or individuals to use their facilities and equipment to campaign for candidates

In short, a 501(c)(3) “church” cannot freely preach Christ, His Kingdom or His Truth. They must honor first and foremost the prince of this world, his kingdom and his lie. They have turned their swords into plowshares before the vicory is won, and being unarmed, are a liability to Christ’s purpose to assault the gates of hell (to which they have pledged allegiance!) I’ve heard it said that “healthy sheep reproduce”, but these have made themselves eunichs in Christ’s flock. Matt 22:14 says many are called, but few are chosen, but of these it can truly be said that many are cold, and a few are frozen.

censorship, intolerance, denying freedom of speech. The very ideas they protest.

Psalm 2
1WHY DO the nations assemble with commotion [uproar and confusion of voices], and why do the people imagine (meditate upon and devise) an empty scheme?
2The kings of the earth take their places; the rulers take counsel together against the Lord and His Anointed One (the Messiah, the Christ). They say,(A)

3Let us break Their bands [of restraint] asunder and cast Their cords [of control] from us.

4He Who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord has them in derision [and in supreme contempt He mocks them].

5He speaks to them in His deep anger and troubles (terrifies and confounds) them in His displeasure and fury, saying,

6Yet have I anointed (installed and placed) My King [firmly] on My holy hill of Zion.

7I will declare the decree of the Lord: He said to Me, You are My Son; this day [I declare] I have begotten You.(B)

8Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations as Your inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth as Your possession.

9You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them in pieces like potters' ware.(C)

10Now therefore, O you kings, act wisely; be instructed and warned, O you rulers of the earth.

11Serve the Lord with reverent awe and worshipful fear; rejoice and be in high spirits with trembling [lest you displease Him].

12Kiss the Son [pay homage to Him in purity], lest He be angry and you perish in the way, for soon shall His wrath be kindled. O blessed (happy, fortunate, and to be envied) are all those who seek refuge and put their trust in Him!
