For the past 3 months we have been struggling to stay together. He told me he was going to leave me. He yells, throw stuff, and hit the wall when he is talking to me. He refuse to have a conversation about whats going on and he refuse to go to see a professional. We have been married for 1 year and a half and I love him. He stay up all night on the computer or he just watch tv. He do not talk to me or take me out and when I say something he just say I am complaining. I pay all the bills.........I want to make things work but it seems like he do not want me anymore.

I feel do to pass relationship that he's in the comfort mood. As far as your relationship your in it by your self. There's no way when you love somebody you'd let a tv or a computer take up your time. if i haven't learned anything over the last few years it's what it takes to make a relationship work, but if your not in love with your partner I mean in love, any one can say I love you. Love is something that comes from deep inside. When you know true love you also know how to be compasionit,simathetic,understanding,apolagentic,and most of all plyable these are just a few of the things that come from the heart. If you can't communicate, and he won't seek help than cut your loses before you get to deep.

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear about your marriage problems. Do you have kids together? I think you should really leave him. It sounds like things are turning violent. What has changed in your marriage? Did you have warning signs that he might be abusive toward you? If you feel like things will turn violent, please contact WEAVE (Women Escaping a Violent Envrionment). They will help you. My sister went through an abusive relationship, and they helped her immesensely. I know you love him, but is it worth your sanity to stay with someone who doesn't appreciate or care for you? you say you love him but what if he continues with usch attitude? How long do you think your love will survive. Love is like a plant it needs care and nurture to help it grow otherwise it fades away and dies. You should make a strong stand with him and tell him you are reaching out for him and ready to support and be there to solve any problem he is facing because such attitude is not acceptable and making both of you miserable. If he reacts negatively to your help, then consider a trial sepration period maybe this will bring him back to his senses.

sounds to me like hes avoiding confrontation about something thats really bothering him. He needs to talk about it and if he doesnt know how , maybe he can write you a letter if hes not good at confrontation. or you can write him a letter to get things started , its better than no communication or yelling for that matter is not communicating.
