Did I say ONLY mexicans are hard workers? (lol) Obviously, that is not what I meant.

I also recognize that not ALL mexicans are hard workers. I just meant, that as a general rule, they seem like a very hard-working group of people.

if you mean here in USA.. the answers it's "money"... If mexicans would get pay the same as here in USA... every mexican would be a hard worker in mexico.. im not saying we are not hard workers.. im saying there is not enough money in mexico to pay every worker.. no body wants to work for free. right? so what do we do?? go look some wherelse to work and get pay! get money!... so USA, it's the closest country for a good oportunity to make good money!

It is a high cultural value. Every group has some qualities that are valued above others. For example, among African Americans, sincerity is highly valued, even if it means you make enemies or are considered rude. Now in Mexico, being nice and making friends is more important than being sincere, so you would NEVER just come out and tell a person you don't like them, but among blacks, you would be respected and rewarded for that.

Mexicans think that being a hard-working person is necessary in order to be a valuable member of society. Laziness is considered morally bad. Hard work is a value in the US but it is less of a value than lawfulness and honesty.

That is why you see this illegal immigrant hard-worker/lawbreaker debate that goes on and on. People don't realize that the values are so different.

So what now only Mexicans are hard workers? Nobody else is? Or are Mexicans known to be extra hard working than anyone else in this entire world? Your question doesn't make sense.

even with in the adventure that they were"demanding workers" which I dout, in the adventure that they were made criminal, they could quickly start up to exhibit their authentic shades and loiter round. All new immigrants are demanding operating because they love the money and the prospect to make some. in the adventure that they the position really demanding operating, does no longer their own usa be extra effective?trust me, u.s. is replacing for the worst and that's extremely unhappy.we are able to nonetheless turn issues round if we attempt notwithstanding it must be quickly.

If you look at any culture besides the American culture, you will find that they really APPRECIATE the opportunities. Watch the move The House of Sand and Fog. Perfect depiction of what I just said.

Because the Mexican people have that Latin "Joie de vivre" or Joy of Life that they take with them everywhere they go, including work, its that spirit that makes them so fast especially compared to us boring English/German/Celtic people. They also seem to really enjoy each others company on the job, whereas we don't appreciate each others company as much.
