plz give me an answer?

Is there any cream i can apply on my penis which prevents from shrinkage and stops shrinkage?
coz my penis is always below its normal coz of shrinkage any idea any cream any oil to use which is effective with no side effects my age is 21 years

There is no cream to prevent "shrinkage". Just your body temperature.

my advise to you is to go see a doctor becasue you are too young to have this problem. you won't loss nothing anyway
