Absolutely, she is smart and has good ideas about solving some of our problems. I appreciate the fact that she wants to hear from the voters. It is about time that we participated in our government! I will welcome the opportunity.

As someone said, she wasn't the first time. I have heard that anyone who has dealt with her has come away really worried about her tactics in dealing with people. We all know the horror stories of how she treated the White House Staff and how she dealt with folks who had opposite views than President Clinton.

We do not need a narrow view person in the leadership role of President. We need someone who welcomes input from several quarters and then uses that input to form policy. Mrs William J. Clinton does not possess those qualities.

I've always voted Republican. But (and, yes, Hillary scares me, too) I would actually consider voting for her only if she keeps her promise to seal the borders and stop illegal immigration.

If she can successfully push an amendment requiring the Supreme Court to consider statements made by the congress in passing amendments (their debates have always been recorded [written]) and review the cases concerning the citizenship clause of the 14th, well, that'd dang near make her my hero.

The 39th congress hotly debated the wording of the 14th amendment on many points and congress wouldn't ratify it until they were assured that citizenship would not be granted to aliens. The Court ignored all clearly written arguments on the topic and decided otherwise.

In a 5 to 4 vote, the minority opinion insisted that those relevant statements be respected. The majority opinion read between the lines of the constitution and to assume it "improper" to consider anything other than the wording of the amendment itself.

The Democrats including Hillary have two years.

No. And reading through some of these replies, and the replies to other questions in this area, I have to wonder why women want to vote for her just because she's a woman?? No other reason given, just "let's give a woman a chance" or "she can't do worse than the men". People! Hello?!?! This is the leader of our country we're talking about. Voting for someone just because they are tall, thin, white, black, female, etc. is downright dumb.
If a truly qualified, open-minded, experienced woman were to run, I'm all for it. Hillary is NONE of these things!!

Yes, I do. Her husband was a great politician, and she is too. America was a nice place to live in the 90s. That's all I know.

Whoever becomes president needs to know what they are getting themselves into, a giant mess!

No. She is the epitomy of a political hack. She has no philosophy, no soul, she wants only power. She is no different than those in millenia past that thought they had a divine right to rule. Be afraid, be very afraid, should she be elected.

All the candidates have the oppurtunity to be a good president, it just matters what they do with that oppurtunity. See how positive that answer was? Don't you wish everyone could be reasonable instead being so partison and negative?

Do you even have to ask the question? Obviously the answer is no; she doesn't deserve to become the first woman president.

I didn't know she had been elected. God help us if she does get elected. She is the most corrupt government official I have ever heard of.

She wasn't the first time.

She won't be if she gets elected in '08.

It is hard to be a good president if you sold your soul to the devil to get there.
