Yes, he signed a deal with Sony. He is also doing something with RED.
His first single "Movin' On" will be released for downloading on Febuary 13!!!

His debut album will be out on March 20!!!!!!

He will have his first solo tour to promote the album in the spring/summer of 2007!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sooooooooooo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In December, announced a music publishing contract with Sony Records. His debut album is due for release in March 2007.
