there are some many people out there begging it 's like the newest trend.

yeah, that reminds me of something i saw once...
i was at a stop light and a scruffy looking guy was standing near a bush at the corner. he pulled out several peices of cardboard and looked through them, finally picking one that said something like "homeless veteran, please help"... made me wonder if he really was, and what his other three signs said!

there are a lot of people that beg for money because their job doesn't pay them enough and they are already working full-time, so they go out and beg...others are actually homeless and have numerous signs because they take cardboard from fast food dumpsters. it is just like those that go to soup kitchens are not all homeless, a lot of them live in the area, but are unable to put three hot meals on the table, so the go to the soup kitchen in the area to get one meal to save the family money.

so even if they are not homeless, they most likely are not living in the best situation

I would think that one would have to be pretty destitute to stand on a corner and beg for money, I don't think it would be an enjoyable past time for anyone who truly doesn't need it for one reason or another.

Not all of them they are either protitutes, gang bangers, car jackers, drug dealers, or just hustling.
