get her a nitendo ds lite. it has a whole bunch of games for kids her age...yoshi, mario, pokemon, nintedogs. she'll have a blast if she has one. my g/f niece has one and she cant put it down.

My sister does somehthing called Webkinz. She buys them at certain stores that i have to go out of my way to drive her to. They cost like $10. They have an internet account that little kids can play on. They like have to feed it and stuff. My sister is 10 and really likes that stuff. She keeps on buying more,so it depends on how much you want to share the computer!
