Well how about making a coupon book, include things you enjoy to do together and you you make as many as you want. Presents don't have to cost much just be thoughtful.
Best of luck, hope this helped a little.

You should make a nice romantic dinner. Rent a movie or put on some nice R&B music. After your daughter goes to sleep, you and your husband can dance, eat, watch a movie and end the night in passion.

Buy the candy necklaces at the dollar store and put them on your thighs, ankles, arms, neck, waist, and where ever else you can think of and tell him to dig in. Of course you will have to wait till the baby goes to sleep or stand the chance of being interrupted, but whatever works! Happy Valentine Day!

Your husband will appreciate anything that you do for him. I am sure that your 5 mnth old is probably taking up a lot of your time, but try to give your husband extra attention on that day. Wink, wink. He will appreciate it.

how about a guided treasure hunt. you place clues around the house, maybe numbered so he has to go in order, with you as the treasure.
hmm.. sounds kind of good to me, i might have to try it myself!
i understand completely. my kids are fourteen months apart.
good luck.
