What is the difference between samsung cell phone d600e and d600? Which one is the best?

I am not formilar with this exact phone but I can tell you from experiance that the manufacture usualy adds a letter to the model if they have updated software to fix a problem. A lot of cell phones were sent out with a software glitch where the display would freeze or go blank and the manufacture (nokia) had to fix the problem but the phone looked and worked the same.
