it's called Burn4free. You can burn cd's and dvd's. Im not sure if the the web site is www.burn4free.com Hope that helps

Probably not but you can get one for around $40 at Walmart.

itunes is good for basic burning but you cant do cool stuff with it, e.g. you can remix or make songs fade into each other
