I saw that she is using Yahoo Answers to get in touch with people, asking questions about health,etc. Apparently is official and is really her, there are other celebrities around? (and who?)

1. Yeah, there are loads of "celebs", posting questions (often pretentious, altruistic ones about making the world a better place) with the "official" stamp below their pic. It's so boring, but lots of sycophants respond.
2. At the top right of this screen you should see "Answers Home -Forum -Blog -Help". If you click on "Blog", then you can find these celeb questions on the right hand side of the page under "HIGHLIGHTED POSTS". Here are some that I found in UK Answers ...
