I was wondering because it happened to me and my husband. We have only been married a little over a month and i just found out that i'm 6 weeks pregnant. We got married December 9th 2006 and I was wondering what some of your stories are and how your family took the news. My whole family is really excited because i'm the only niece, daughter and granddaughter on my mom's side. I just want to hear your stories and/or experience. Thanks

I got pregnant after 3 months of marriage. My family is so excited! I'm the first to get married and pregnant, so they are super happy to have a grand baby/niece/nephew!

I am 25, but married once I used to be sixteen nearly 17. I lost a variety of friends (I honestly didn't have very many to with rather, lol) & those who I did not lose the friendships modified enormously! Quite a few men and women had the opinion that I used to be pregnant & that is why we married, though they in no way said it to my face the angle was undoubtedly there. I had fertility disorders & even miscarried a few years after we had been married and eventually had a child at 20. Things failed to get any better after this particularly! I had another fairly bad miscarriage a couple years after my son was once born & then had a little lady last yr a couple of months before I became 24. I am now pregnant with my 3rd that is due in November & the couple of people that I thought had been friends have the undertone attitude that I just isn't pregnant once more. But....The good news is! The good buddy that I back in excessive institution that drifted away after I married, bought married this last March & we're becoming close once more. My sister has turn out to be my very first-class pal except my husband. And my sister-in-legislation & I honestly get alongside beautiful good. My mother & mother-in-law have caught beside me via the whole thing & I remember them pretty good acquaintances! SO....You not ever comprehend! As you lose the "friends" you may reap approach better acquaintances!! Congratulations to your marriage & I clearly hope you have your sweet little bundle just as soon as that you would be able to potentially have it!!!

Well, my husband and I had my son when we were 18 and 19. We just got married in May 2006 and got pregnant either the wedding night or on the honeymoon. Everyone figured it would happen because we both recently finished college and our son is now 4.5 and they all knew we wanted another child. Everyone took it well and are excited about the new baby (due Monday!!). Congrats and good luck!

I got married 6/16/2006 and the Dr put my conception date at or about 7/18/06

My son-in-law was born 9 months to the day after his parents got married. I have a niece who got pregnant within 2 weeks of getting married. I have some neighbors that had their first child 9 months after their wedding and their second child 10 1/2 months after the first.

We got pregnant 8 months after we were married. It has been wonderful! I sometimes wish we could lay around all day together on the weekends but having a baby together has been so great! My family and friends were very excited and they all love our daughter so much! Enjoy being pregnant!!

I got married October 31st and got pregnant December 31st

I got married October 21st, 2006 and conceived October 23rd, 2006 :-) It worked out perfectly!!

I got married only 3 weeks ago and have since found out that I'm pregnant. I'm 6 weeks pregnant so it must have happened just before we got married. We were trying anyway as we both knew that we wanted a baby. We're both very happy and feel like it will complete our little family :).

I had our oldest son 6wks BEFORE we got married....and then got pregnant with our 2nd son about 2 months after we got married :)
Im sure my families reaction was a little different than yours. Most of our familys reaction was 'Already?!' but, they were completely different during my pregnancy with boy #2 than with my oldest. I guess it was because I was married and it was 'Okay'.
