You should talk to a doctor.

Hope you feel better soon.

There are many things that can cause you to feel rundown. Start with your doctor. Take a hard look at your diet. Are you overweight? Lugging around fifty extra pounds can make you constantly tired. There are plenty of foods that can make you sluggish. If you have an ear infection it could be signs of a low resistance ind immune deficiency. Mention everything you can to the doctor.

You don't mention your age, but even if you are older this is not normal. The infection may be causing some of it, but I would mention it to your doctor tomorrow. He or she could do blood tests and check on some things. Too much garbage out there that you can contract that could really hurt you so the earlier it is detected the better for you. You need to stay healthy if not for you but your son!

You honestly need to start taken vitamins. B vitamins for energy cut out a large portion of sugar, caffeine, and carb based foods. Your metabolism will slow when loaded down with sugar and carbs. This could be part of the problem. Diet and Exercise can eliminate the problem. infections can cause your body to become tired since it is tuned to fight off infections but then again diet and exercise will help your body fight and recover much quicker.
