Always a square or rectangular reflection of a window with frames around the panes as all. Why is that?

I wasn't a science major but it has something to do with the infraction of light through water in the air.

Because the window is the brightest thing in the area and the bubble has two reflective surfaces, inside and out, it is almost certain to reflect an image of a window from someplace. If you blow bubbles outdoors or in a room without windows, you won't see it.
