you need to ring your service provider and they will give you a PUK code. you enter this code into your phone (where it is asking for your pass word, and it resets the password. they will explain it to you. just need to know your mobile number and security answers.

the default password for samsung is 8 zeros
if you have changed it from that you will need to phone samsung
