Definitely, if you have enough room. Angelfish need about 10 gallons of water each, plus an initial 20 gallons (so a 30 gallon tank = 1 angelfish, a 50 gallon tank = 3 angelfish etc). If you can, by all means, get more than 1. They aren't really schoolers, but they are very social fish.
Do keep an eye on the black skirt tetras, because they can be nippy little buggers. Just make sure they aren't pestering your angelfish.

Some other options could be a gourami (pearl, blue, gold, dwarf), some kribensis cichlids, some silver dollar fish.

If it is a woman betta, you could positioned any community fish you go with with it. As for male bettas, people look to have their preparation incorrect. Male bettas do exactly fantastic in a community tank. There are 2 belongings you ought to be carefull of. each and every from time to time, they might have topics with lengthy finned fish that are about the same length because the betta. in the different case, they only do fantastic with different fish. As for Angels or Tetras, it relies upon on what you go with. Angel fish are Cichlids, and may be agressive in the route of different fish. I have a betta in with 6 Angels, and that all of them get alongside only fantastic. The angels are in all likelihood 3 cases as large because the betta, yet they're all satisfied jointly. only a tenet, in case you do get an Angel, get a snug one so it ought to boost up getting used to living with the betta.

according to this chart http://www.liveaquaria.com/general/fwcompatibility_chart.cfm
it would be fine, as stated before angels prefer tall tanks, and they do need quite a bit of water. Sounds like you have a lovely tank! A half black angel is peaceful & easy to care for, not to mention reasonably priced
