West won 12-9...but Daniel Briere from the East was the MVP of the game with 1 goal and 4 assists
The thing about the all-star game is no one really hits anyone because no one wants to get hurt...its like an understood pact between all the players who play in the game. That is part of the reason it is such a high-scoring game...because there isn't much defense and back checking.

West won 12-9 not that it really means anything.

The West won 12-9. As usual, it was deadly boring to watch because nobody bothered playing defense.

I think baseball is the only All-Star game that I enjoy watching - the rest are a joke, usually because they're all offense.

Edit - For the others, I know there's no defense. That's why I hate the game, and why they shouldn't bother - just have a shootout or something, because it's a seriously lame game.
