I'm really curious - does she ever smile or even look cheerful? She seems almost like she's made out of plastic.

She looks quite nice when she does smile, but she doesn't do it often. Not exactly sure why. Perez does say that she doesn't like the way she looks. Perhaps she thinks the pout accentuates her cheekbones and makes her face look thinner?

You probably don't like Victoria - but, if you are really curious, as your question says - I'll answer...Yes, there are lots of photos depicting Victoria in a happy mood. Check out her photos/ videos when she was a Spice Girl. Yes, she pouts most of the time, but sometimes she had a smile beneath that, if you look closely enough.
I'm not leaving any links. But the Spice Girls have the photographic evidence you seek.

LMAO... she can't.. the botox will crack her forehead open if she smiles.....the pulling of the muscles in her face might split her spine right down the middle and reveal that she is really SKELATOR with skin and makeup and a really famous soccer playing husband!!!!

Never.. she thinks too good for anyone else...she is too stuck on herself thinking she is all pretty and famous.. yes she famous..but i think that there are other actresses or celebs pretty than her.... atleast paris hilton always has a smile on her face... Having David, should put a smile on her face.. cause it sure would me....
