Depends on what the garment is made of. As a former dry cleaner, we did this for sweaters often. We used our pants press. The bottom can be filled with hot steam. Then you carefully stretch the material. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Good Luck.

While it is still wet lay it flat and stretch it out some. Not to much or it will be misshaped. The only thing is once you wash it again it will go back. Hope this helps.

Put it with the rest of your dirty laundry. Have someone else wash the clothes and blame them :D
