People shake just before falling asleep because the brain sends a message to the entire body (except vital organs) to become paralyzed. That way, you won't be running around and punching everyone in the house when you're having a nightmare about Tickle-me-elmos taking over the world.

My boyfriend does the same think. I think it's because his body and muscles are starting to relax fr the evening. I've noticed that I do i as well...I think everyone does it it's just a matter if you are awake to experience it

People usually shake because your body is breaking down and begins to relax. I shake when i'm bout to go doze off simply because i have had to many orgasms. :-) yea but u may shake to and not be aware of it.
