we upgraded to 8meg, and our wireless connection was the same. we went back to 2meg, our wireless varied from 6.0mbps to 54.0 mbps ( Which is crap really ) the only person to get full connection speed is who ever has broadband through their usb or ethernet... up to 54.0mbps is a standard connection on a wireless connection...
i personally think 2meg is enough....so iwouldnt botherwaisting your money....

Login to your wireless router and check the configuration settings for speed. This will help you - Thanks, http://www.desktopsupport.tv/
