Illegal contracts cannot be enforced, even if all the components of the contracts are correct. For example, it is an illegal contract if it's a contract where either party participates in a crime. Other contracts, while not illegal, are unenforcable, such as contracts with a minor. Also, particular states have their own regulations. For example, in Hawaii some hotel contracts that charge customers for not staying in their hotel, whether they booked the reservations or not, are illegal. Be more specific?
