That 'puffiness' and 'creases' are probably 'just normal' and you are simply just 'noticing them' now because you are spending more time looking in the mirror after you wake up ... but if you are 'swelling' and those 'creases' are 'deep lines/wrinkles' and this happens EVERY MORNING for more than a week, you should probably see a doctor, because anything that causes swelling and 'lines/wrinkles' at your age may mean that you have a 'disease' that needs treatment. Just remember that you said you are 'puffy' and that you have 'creases' ... which are simply 'normal' since you sleep lying down and the regular 'water' in your system 'evens out' when you're flat, so you 'puff up' in your face a bit.

Age (sorry), lack of sleep (or not sleeping properly), water retention, too much booze, too much salt in your diet, smoking... there are lots of things. But I hate to say this - most of these reasons are partly because you are getting older - everything affects you more. You need to consider your diet and your lifestyle and perhaps start using an eyecream and more specialist moisturiser. I have a gel eye mask that I keep in the fridge that works wonders on puffy eye creases - I'd highly recommend getting one.

Getting older sucks!

There might be something in your sheets and/or pillowcases. Wash everything and try looking at some hypoallergenic pillows and such. Above all, don't worry ! You're only 26, that's not old.

try resting with on your back with your feet elevated slightly above your heart. This will result in better blood circulation as you sleep. When sleeping, your body is still and circulation could be poor. Try it, it may help.

If you haven't been drinking alcohol then it could be your pillowcase.........try sleeping with a silk or satin pillowcase, apparently helps to stop one's face getting creased!!!
