1. She feels that she needs some one.
2. If she finds true love and the best man in the world for her.
3. She reaches at the age of at least 25 years.
4. She gains confidence to run an independent house or considers her self responsible enough.
5. When she or her parents are happy and can afford to bear the expenditures of the wedding ceremony.
6. When she is mature enough to understand the changes after married life.
7. When she can under stand her man's Psyche.
8. When she know how to cook good meal.

When she is old enough legally, when she is emotionally mature enough to handle the responsibilities of marriage and independent living apart from her parents, and when she has found the love of her life. She should never marry to escape a bad home situation, or in order to have kids. Having kids should never be a reason to get married. She should make sure that she is able to provide for herself (you can't and shouldn't expect your spouse to provide for you because there can be disabilities, job losses etc), that she is prepared for the prospect of children, she should be unselfish - because you have to have a give-and-take in marriage, and she should have already done the things in life that she wants to do that she would not otherwise be able to do while married. Once these factors are taken care of, then she is ready to consider marriage.
