yes they do help the muscles grow. Dr's tell pregnant women to do them to help with bladder control, my dr told me to keep doing them so when my child is born i dont "feel streched out". the more you do kegals the tughter you can contract them miscles. can be a bonus during intercorse

Yes, they recomend them when pregnant, and after giving birth.. they strengthen, but they are good for men too.. look it up online..
