Because I assume there must be a reason why you ask. If you ask, it must be because you really want to know, or at least have an interest in the matter.

When I ask a question, I want people to answer it, even if it is with an "I don't know" - that's an answer as well. And I can't really expect other people to answer my questions, if I don't turn around and to the same to them.

And why does an answer has to be questioned?

If I delivered you an answer, why would you questioned it either?

YES, ALL THE QUESTIONS ARE TO BE ANSWERED & AND ALL THE ANSWERS ARE TO BE QUESTIONED TOO!

Because, we human being have nothing to do than talking, talking, and talking for the sake of mere talking, all non-sense!

To the second, out of interest.
