Well Good rap songs i would go with De La Soul, MF Doom, Kool Keith, Funkmaster Flex (thats just some). For r&b i would go with marvin gaye ,al green, common, jagged edge, mint condition (thats just some also). But if your talking about the really mainstream cra-p than i dont know

All of Jay-z's cds. His new one is very good too, Kingdom Come. Akon, Snoop Dog. I like Dr. Dre's the Chronic, even though it is very old. It is classic rap.
