For any triangle:
side-side-side (SSS)
angle-side-angle (ASA
side-angle-side (SAS)
angle-angle-side (AAS) (This one is basically the same as ASA because if two angles are congruent, then the third angle must be congruent (otherwise, one of them will not be a triangle))

And for right triangles only
hypotenuse-leg (HL)

SSS (the three sides of one = three sides of other)
SAS ( two sides and included angle of one = two sides and included angle of other)
ASA ( two angles and the included side of one = two angles and the included side of the other)
AAS ( any two angles plus a side of one are = to any two angles and a side of the other)
HL ( the hypotenuse and a leg of one right triangle are = to the hypotenuse and a leg of another right triangle).
