say if i had a ready broadband connection downstairs in my house but my xbox 360 is upstairs(with a xbox LIVE membership), will all i need to buy is the xbox wireless network adapter to get playing online?(shown in the link below)

I have already played xbox live but when i do i need to take my xbox downstairs and connect all the wires to my modem and tv and stuff which gets pretty old after a little while and i can only play through the day because the rest of the family dont want to sit and watch me play my xbox when they get back from work.
please anu help would be useful

Yep all you need is the wireless router attachment (and a wireless router) and then they should give you a setup. I think it logs onto your ip and signals the connection to your xbox console.

You will also need a wireless router to connect to your modem. You can pick one up relatively cheap. Prices start around $40.

Do you have wireless internet? If so that should work perfect with the modem downstairs.

so do u have it plugged into the wall or wirless because of the very actuality if u use both the 360 and comp wirelessly they could interfer and f**ok each and every and each and everything up like the relationship I genuinely have had that concern and that i in effortless words began plugging my comp or xbox interior the wall

you can get a longer ethernet cable to reach up stairs ( have a look on ebay)
thats wot i did for my son
