let me first tell u that any media house that has existed for more than 5 yrs will definitely be biased towards a political party (its like how if u spend 5 yrs in a school, u like some teachers and hate others)
keeping that in mind, note that NDTV and India Today have been here for over 10 yrs
as per common conception, NDTV, India Today and the Indian Express group are considered to be the pro-Congress media houses, while the TV-18 group (which runs CNN-IBN and IBN7), The Times group and the Outlook group are considered to be the pro-BJP media houses
but note that just cos a channel is biased, it does not mean that it will deliver FALSE news. NDTV and India Today fought a lot against things like reservations and corruption, and now NDTV has launched a campaign against hunger
u would agree with me that even though NDTV and India Today are pro-Congress, they still report news and have some of the best journalists in South Asia
all-n-all, i do agree that media houses, not just NDTV and India Today, are politically biased, but i would not let that stop me from watching We, The People or reading the annual India Today-AC Neilson-Org Marg surveys!
but if u really want unbiased news, try STAR News!!! :-)

Yes, they are politically biased.

Let me share with you some information about NDTV as received by me in email. NDTV is funded by Gospels of Charity in Spain which supports Communism. Recently it has developed a soft corner towards Pakistan because Pakistan President has allowed only this channel to be aired in Pakistan . Indian CEO Prannoy Roy is co-brother of Prakash Karat, Gen Secy of Communist party of India .

I am also a member on a Discussion forum of NDTV. I have always experienced its bias.

NDTV has double standards as far as Right to Information is concerned. It launched a campaign for RTI on its website but when I sent a letter to it it did not provide any information about its discussion forum. A reminder also had no response.

Well.. it most definitely depends on which incidents you indirectly mean!

But personally, how come NDTV never gets anything wrong about sonia Gandhi? Why is she always the Ms. Perfect according to the channel?
