I think there's one up in Glens Falls, which would be exit 17 or so on the Northway

The best wrestling school in NY is the New York Wrestling Connection in Deer Park. It's run by former ECW champ Mikey Whipwreck. It has alot of credibility, and is a great place to start.

-however, from Albany it's about a 3 1/2 hour drive. But if you're willing, this is the school.
