When I go to the IRS site to print this form, I only seem to see a "red" form that says "don't use this form". How do I access the printable form in the normal "black" print.

Go to the Post office or perhaps H&R Block might have some available. Why do they say don't use this form, just print that form on your black copy can't you?. I have a Epson CX5800F that prints in black and it sends faxes in color if you like, but the only problem with sending a fax you don't know who has a printer that will print a fax in color.

I think you are going have to do it the old fashioned way - go to the post office or library to get one. The reason they have some forms that say that is they put the forms out and then found they needed changes to them. The forms gotten at the government offices are going to be correct.
