Yes, I certainly am missing Doctor Who. As I said in answer to a question the other day, I've been finding it difficult to think of other things to do for the past few weeks since it finished. I don't really want to start watching the classic series from scratch again so soon, since I did that last year, and finished them all just before series 4 started. Well at least we don't have a 16 year gap with just a single TV movie, an audio series and some non-canonical novels to tide us over, like we fans had to put up with between 1989 and 2005. Roll on Christmas and the return of the Cybermen.

Me too. In my student days, me and mates used to take bets on how the storyline would pan out. Nine times out of ten, we'd all agree on the same plot, and always be right.
Don't know what these plays are, but I'm sure the good 'ol Beeb are still pumping out the same old reguritated offal they always have.
P.S - Too right, Quincy rocked! I always wanted Quincy and Magnum to team up for an episode...Never happened.

No, I think the plays are really good, doctors is such a boring programme, they all look like actors performing in a school play, each one waiting for their line.
How do they make any money, there are never any patients waiting, how often would you be able to just walk off the street and see your doctor just chatting behind the desk??

I used to watch Doctors when I was a student but I secretly preferred Quincy ME.

Oh no.... I could not tolerate the sensationalism of that program. Glad it's gone.
