Do you know of any movie sites like rotten tomatoes and movie web.com, I am looking for discussion boards that are not as crowded.

IMDB is over-crowded, I am already on that board. Best answer goes to someone who can name some sites that aren't as popular as IMDB.

Joblo.com is a good site for up-to-date info on upcoming projects. I haven't been on the boards much, but it looks promising. Not quite as many people as IMDB.
