I agree with "Mott".
To wit, when my youngest sister was 18 months old, she could not say "baby brother" when speaking of our newest male family member. She could only manage to say "brubby" then because the "br" sound was even difficult for her to pronounce, she simply called our baby brother "bubby." And fifty years later, we still call our baby brother by the endearing term "bubby."
