Well what are you paying now for Benefits is what I'd consider. And taking into consideration on which benefits are better, and if you even go to the doctor alot. You might get free benefits with another company but they might have a totally different plan that doesn't cover near enough. Or you might be getting into a free plan with way better benefits, and if you take pills, or see a doctor regularly or even have children that might work out better for you even if you are going to get paid a little less in the hourly side. Just have to put all of that into consideration. I personally am single and hardly ever see the doctor so I'd consider what i pay in monthly for what you have now and take what you make extra and for all you know it might even just even itself out.
Well that got long.. just put everything into consideration, and take the job that you want to do. If you dont like where your at now, try something new. and if you Love where your at (which I doubt since u were looking for another job) then stay! Good Luck with whatever you choose! :)

It depends... would you be happy working at the other place? Don't rely on commission as a source of income.. for at times it may be there and time it may not. Average out what the promotion job will pay compared to the one that has more benefits.
Who has more growth? If you are looking for benefits, how much do you have to pay? how often will you use them?

I would say yes. Benefits are very expensive. I all so feel that a company that has good benefits cares more about their employees well being. The older you get the more you will appreciate them. Especially 401K's which don't seem like much in the beginning but really add up if you take advantage of them. Health insurance is very expensive. Too bad that most people don't realize this until they get older.

If you have a family go with the benefits. They are so important. Example: People laughed at me because I always cared the best insurance benefits posible on my son (single mom) for years. well on night he had a horrible wreck left him paralyzed waist down 47 days hospital, 7 hours intensive care, 9 1//2 hour surgery total cost over 1 million my cost zero out of pocket.......zero out of pocket... so after paying my share all those years I would say its well worth it to get the insurance. No this is not a made up story, I wish iit was Insurance for children you can never tell,

What you need to do is think about whether you need the benefits...if so how much would you be paying if you got them yourself? Now take the amount and add it to the hourly pay and the commission you think you can make....compare apples to apples, not apples to pears.

Benefits can account for 27% of your salary, so that is something to consider. Look the the cost of what benefits you will recieve if you had to pay for them yourself. Plus benefits lik3 this are not taxed and salary is....hmmm. It is a quality of life issue. One bad illness will show you how much you need health care. Think carefully before you decide. If the raise in salary more than 27% of what you making now? If so you will break even....

fee isn't a assure, if accessible hit upon the fee fee to boot as predicted sales. Subtract the fee of carrying your individual month-to-month scientific insurance. i could basically approximately constantly decide for advantages whether, you fairly won't be in a position of place a value on the secure practices that having all your scientific needs coated.
