"WASHINGTON - Every American should have health care coverage within six years, Democratic Sen. Barack Obama (news, bio, voting record) said Thursday as he set an ambitious goal soon after jumping into the 2008 presidential race. "

Every time they want to win they allways targert what is most needed or is weak. Later on no one is doing what he/she promised. I think its a shame and an insult to US public.

Everybody does it. It our fault though for not holding them accountable. Instead we re-elect them. Shame on who?

Sure, everyone SHOULD have health care coverage. Will everyone? No chance. Who is going to pay for it? Don't even think about answering "government". Government can only TAKE, not give.

Think about it. How many Americans are actually working and earning income? Are you one of them? If you are, do you want to get stuck with the bill for two or three other peoples' health insurance? If people aren't willing to do what is necessary to stay alive, then let them. . . . . .
