Ok, if you followed the instructions and inserted the code into the box as instructed. Did you click on "preview"???

If you are in design mode, then you will only see a little yellow box, or a tiny image, which just tells you there is code there.

you need to click on preview in order to look at the full page.

If that doesn't work, then it seems as tho there is something wrong with the code.

If you're only seeing the code, then you're missing the first part of the code, which tells frontpage that this is html code. without the correct code, it only show's up as text.

But if you're inserting images, banners, etc. why not use the image insert instead?

Also, you have to make sure that the images and banners that you are linking to in your html code, are really in the directory that you are saying they are.

i take advantage of dreamweaver even although i'm in particular on the code editor tab typing my own codes. i think of dreamweaver's code highlighting enables you to get to the area which you extremely opt to edit swifter, exceedingly once you spend hours watching the codes. in many circumstances i could use dreamweaver's layout view to resize photos, layers or tables, i might desire to on the instant see how lots greater to alter. i became the two involved by whether others could additionally want writing their very own codes, as maximum of my acquaintances do no longer. For me, i admire my codes to be very tidy so i do no longer purely like the pointless codes further immediately.
