I definitly agree with you on courtney love, her make-up is very ugly, she needs a major make over lol but i dont think any other celeb wears too much make-up because atleast they look beautiful ALWAYS with the make-up they wear .. :]

Eva Longoria. She has the spackled on look and then really false looking eyelashes. Since she is so petite, the makeup just takes over!

I don't think Courtney Love wears too much, as she doesn't look like she's wearing any eye makeup at all. It's more like she doesn't know how to put it on and what colors look good on her.
I think Pamela Anderson wears way too much. It looks so caked on too, and the shimmery eyeshadow extendind up to her thin, penciled in eyebrows is way too dated.
