I am a 29 year old male. I have the following symptoms. I have been to my family doctor twice and a urologist. All come up with perfectly healthy. The symptoms are:
Fatigue
Blurry Vision
Grion Discomfort (tightness)
Tingling/Burning @ tip of penis
Smelly Urine
Smelly Gas
Occasional Burning while urination
Pressure right before urination
Anxiety
Sore throat
Lack of concentration
Heartburn

SOME of these symptoms point towards a sexually transmitted disease. I would suggest you visit the nearest health clinic where they test for free.
I'm surprised the doctor you visited didn't suggest something along these lines!
