Supposedly someone significant is going to die but it will not be Tony. I think it will be Carmella or someone in his immediate family that will cause Tony to have the final mental break that has been a long time coming.

I am guessing the Manhattan guys and the Jersey guys get into an all out war and the Manahattan leader, currently in jail turns in states evidence and Tony and his family go to jail. Like the Gottis.
