I Think you mean hard wire.
When you "Hard Wire" a fixture that means your going to hook it up directly to the house current Not with a plug.
1st there must be power where your going to install the fixture. If there isn't,,Hire an electrician. He'll get power to where you want it.

If there is power, connect 1 wire to the black lead and 1 wire to the white lead.
Keep in mind that if you are connecting to an existing wire lead (the exisiting goes to something else) You'll have to reconnect it to the wire you cut.
Example: One (1) lead(pronounced "leed"), say for example12/3 (3 conductor 12 guage wire) has a black wire,a white wire and a green or bare wire all incased in a vinyl jacket and is called a "Lead" wire.
Strip off the vinyl jacket exposing the 3 wires.
MAKING SURE THE POWER IS OFF to that lead. Cut the black wire and strip off the vinyl coating on both pieces, say about1/2". Also, strip back the lead (hopefully the black one) comming from the fixture. Connect all three (3) leads using a wire nut. Do the same for the remaining two (2) conductors.( You should have 3 black (hot) wires connected together,3 white (neutral) wires connected together and 3 Ground wires connected together.

That should do it, unless this fixture is suppose to run off a switch. than that's a whole new ball game.

Depends on where you wish to install it. Do you have the proper materials for the application or the installation.. You have left the question wide open.

Make sure you have the power to run the Lamp in your home or business.. Sorry but the question is very vague...

Your question is much to vague to answer. Is this a replacement of an existing fixture? Is it a fixture or a lamp? Do you have an electrical box where you want to put it? If you re-ask your question with exactly what you are trying to do someone will give you an answer that will actually be helpful.
