Believe it or not, there is something called a FIH.

It's the International Hockey Federation (in French the words are moved around so the abbreviation is FIH).

If you really mean this FIH (a hockey league), then the science of the study of it is Dentistry.

Do you mean "fish"? If so it's "ichthyology" although there is some cross-over with marine biology.
