Realistically, No. but if you follow these guidelines, you will. If you can maintain a constant stream all the way to the track--pour water from a cup 3 feet above a sink to see how difficult this is. next, you will need to make sure that the pee that is on the track isn't running straight onto the ground as that would be a shorter path for the electricity. The final thing that you will need to do is make sure that you are grounded--stand barefoot in water.
Now if you are drunk enough to decide to pee on the 3rd rail, this might happen. if you are passed out right beside the rail laying down and maintain a constant stream to the track, you are in for a bad time.

No. Mythbusters debunked this. You can not. They took into account all the factors that Zac considers and also the conductivity of urine and other sruff too. I love that show--decent science and great entertainment.
