The final thing that you will need to do is make sure that you are grounded--stand barefoot in water.
Now if you are drunk enough to decide to pee on the 3rd rail, this might happen. if you are passed out right beside the rail laying down and maintain a constant stream to the track, you are in for a bad time.

No. Mythbusters debunked this. You can not. They took into account all the factors that Zac considers and also the conductivity of urine and other sruff too. I love that show--decent science and great entertainment.
