Season 1 of Prison Break is available on DVD.
However, Season 2 is still airing (after a 6 week hiatus) on American television, so it won't be available until after the season 2 ender, which should be at least May or June.

Well, on Amazon people ARE selling Prison Break Season Two DVD, and they say its from 2005. So my guess is buy it online at Amazon or go to Target or Walmart. I dont know what Eposoide of Prison Break is playing on Fox because on the Fox website it says Prison Break isnt playing right now. Chow!

Season 2 is still on the air, it should end in May. The second dvd will probably be out in Oct or Nov.

they have not finished season 2 yet ,,, so it will be out probably in the summer or fall
