We tried the "Best Baby on the Block" Cd which is white noise, it has a hair dryer and rain on the rooftop. It was very helpful, my son was sleeping 12 hours at night since 8 1/2 wks old. He is now 6 1/2 months old and he listens to waves with classical music cd. I haven't tried that other cd but I thought I would tell you what worked for me. Good Luck.
