Speaking from my own experience as a professional teacher for twenty-one years and having raised five sons, all of whom have played sports their entire lives, I would say without any doubt or hesitation that African Americans are currently the most racist group living in the United States. I hear more racist epithets, more racist slurs, more hate-filled language coming from blacks than any other group. Additionally, blacks tend to externalize more of lifes challenges and set-backs than any other group in society. By externalizing I mean they blame external forces on their problems rather than "internalizing" and blaming themselves. And most times the external cause of their woes is racism on others.

1. I hear from black students who fail my classes that I am racist and failed them because of their skin color more than I ever hear it from white, Asian, Hispanic, or Middle-Eastern students. The FIRST thing they blame their failing grade on is their race. Since THEY are racist towards others they then assume that others are racist against THEM. This is one of the oldest rules of human nature--we blame OTHERS of holding the opinions that WE own.
2. I hear blacks referring to white students as "white boy" or "cracker" all the time. Imagine what would happen if a white student referred to a black student as a "black boy" or a "n i g g e r." There would be a black-encited riot. If THEY use those terms it is because society has abused them, but if others use similar terms against THEM it is because others are racist.
3. Blacks rarely want equal treatment, they want special treatment all because of their racial status. THAT is the definition of racism. They want to be on television because there is not enough blacks on television, they want to be elected to politics because there aren't enough blacks in politics, they want to be hired because the company doesn't have enough blacks working there. Notice that in each example the reason is NOT because of their skills or qualifications it is because of the skin color. THAT is racism in its purest form.

Now for the "why" portion of the question.

1. I believe that blacks have been raised in a social climate that has trained them to believe that they are ALWAYS victims of an unfair system. Anything negative that happens to them can be blamed on the racism of others. If they smoke crack cocaine or pot or drink too much Thunderbird or Colt 45 Malt liquor it is not THEIR fault it is the fault of a white conspiracy to keep the black man down. However if they accomplish anything positive it is because they earned it. So if they got HIRED for a job it is because they were well trained and worked hard. If they got fired it is not because they arrived late 21 days of the month and were underqualified it is because their supervisor was racist. They like their bread buttered on both sides.
2. They have been taught that if you are black you CANNOT be racist. You can only be the victim of racism. Once people adopt this belief they then begin to excuse their own reprehensible behavior as being justified because they are innocent of any wrong doing.

That is my slant on it, at least.

People of higher intelligence are usually more racist, since only they have the brain capacity to clearly understand the scientific fact and truth behind racism.

Everyone is racist; you, me, the President, the Pope.

If you're going to compare who is more racist you need to list choices.

i would have to say all of humanity. what ever amount of people is the majority in the world with the same sking color i will say they are the most racist. i believe every one has some sort of racism or dicriminate bone in their body. if we don't hate for skin color it will be because of religion, if not that it will be because of the hormones that we give off that do not agree with other people.

What possible system or method of judging could be used to answer a question like this? Is it just to confirm someone's ideas that they have already? I cannot answer this question. Which people do accept all and every race without any exceptions or judgements?

Men are more racist than women. Studies have shown that most acts of discrimination and violence is male on male irregardless of the race/religion of the perpetrator and victim.

That's not a very good question. You should really rephrase it.
